MAC Kissable Lipcolour: Review & Swatches

 How many of you miss Small Wonder? Or even something closer home like Dekh Bhai Dekh? I really loved watching those on tv, growing up. But you know, with my attention span and that coupled with my single digit age, I dint watch it as much as I would like to, now! It was just something I would watch to make drinking milk more bearable or something to watch because it was too sunny out, and my mum wouldn't let me run out to play just yet. Today, I would make a ritual out of those if they were brought back on tv! Y U NO bring back good stuff on TV like Z Cafe gets Full House back, India? Instead of showing random nonsense magic pencil cr*p?


I really feel for the kids, I do! My 6 year old neighbour ('s kid) never watched Dexter's Lab! Or Scooby Doo, Or even Adam's Family! Honestly, even the Tom and Jerry on CN nowadays seems farzi to me (the made in China types) I mean what is wrong with you Cartoon Network India? Get it together before I have kids, or I shall boycott you forever!! Which means my kids will too and their kids and their kids and all of them. That's too many people to risk pissing off, Ok!
Thankfully, MAC isn't as annoying (who am I kidding, MAC's great!) like that and it does get back limited edition stuff all the time! In fact, it gives you a chance to try stuff out, then, gives you the chance again, sometimes! Like it got the kissable lipcolours out with 2 collections! First with the Peacocky collection, then with Shop MAC, Cook MAC and I got Exhibitionist from the MAC Peacocky collection, and I decided to review it before the tube's over, so it's useful for when MAC re-re-launches these. Thoughtful, I am!

 The formula of these kissable lipcolours to me, are softer and lighter than lip cremes. These are shiny when applied, like glosses, just a lot more pigmented. The feel isn't like that of a gloss though, it's super light, not moisturizing, not drying, like water, maybe.
These come with a doe foot applicator. These don't apply too evenly because of their texture, but nothing that one cant even out. Typical MAC Vanilla fragrance
These tubes are skinny and long and pack 0.17 fl.oz of product. (you do the math!)

These last a decent amount of time on me, 3 hours-ish and that's quite a bit for me, especially because these aren't sticky at all! Exhibitionist never stained my lips. I can't say anything about darker colours.
Not transfer resistant, this'll transfer on your glass, cup, wall, man, etc; which mean these aren't kiss proof; so what makes them kissable? I don't know. You know? Just that, the fact that these are barely noticeable, texture wise, might make them kissable. You know, no gloopy gloss, oily balm, or dry matte lipstick, all things noticeable, when you'd be getting it on, you know? These will transfer. You'll have to wipe your respective mouths (or each other's, we're talking romance, after all!) but these wont come in the way! So there, these win!

Exhibitionist is  beautiful  bright coral, and I got it during my coral fever phase, that I'm still in, so if I had to pick another Kissable lipcolour, I'd pick the same colour again. It's quite similar to MAC Vegas Volt, just the acidity of the very amplified Vegas Volt is toned down here and this is definitely m,ore wearable a colour.
