Besides, is it just me who thinks it kinds looks gross?)  So when I heard of this "ultimate lip potion" (and forever being on the hunt of a super pigmented lipgloss), I decided to give it a whirl!

 As a person I believe one of my best traits is being punctual. Blame it on my Maybe it's Army school and the crazy punishments you get when late (lifting your school bag over your head and running 5 rounds of the ground types -  for girls. Manicure Monday Thanks To Crea Nails

Ask anyone who has known me since I was a kid and they'll tell you  that I haven't really changed as a person (I mean ask people who actually know me. Not the weird stalker types that go "you've changed!" Bo*bies happen, people!) You see, a lot of my thinking/ decisions/ general way of life has a lot to do with what I knew/ saw/ learnt as a kid. So obviously I never forgot this one episode of Popeye where Olive is getting ready for a date and she puts her hand in a box with holes cut out for nails and slathers red nail polish over it and gets her hand out all shiny, red and manicured!

Needless to say that was the first and only thing I've been thinking about since I used these tiny nails stencils from Crea Nails. I've been meaning to post this for the last two Mondays but better late and all that, right?

Of Rainy Days, Cakes and Nostalgia

There's something about the weather today, it's just beautiful and everything is so clean and fresh and new.
It's ironic that it makes me super nostalgic (about something I don't know yet. Yes, very complex feeling). I don't know what it is exactly I'm missing, I went through half our albums looking for it. Then I took a break, decided to blog (after 9 whole days, but I've done much worse, so I know you still love me!) and finally heard this song before posting it here.
It's so beautiful. perfect for today. It's a song sung by Mohit Chauhan for the L'Oreal Paris India Jad Se Judein Campaign for their Fall Repair range of products. It's all about how staying connected to your roots is important! Really smart, no? Hop onto their website to know more!
Ooh also, I wanted to bake today, mainly because I wanted to eat cake, and the whole baking thing would smell so good and would go perfectly with the weather. Then I found a box of Cerelac and ate that instead. Again, as ironic as it is, isn't that what growing up is all about? If you can substitute A with B where A and B have nothing in common, only to avoid doing any work and believing it's the same thing? I make it sound bad, no? I think it's bad!
So if you know me, you know I'm going to look at the rest of our albums because I gottsss to know! And then bake a cake! :D

 While on my way back home from work yesterday, I saw like 100 YOs (young officers) get out of their college and I don't know why, it made me so happy! There's something about these men in uniform, and these really young ones, so cute in their ironed clothes and shiny stars and the way they walk.. they all look so good! When I told my friend this, she said, you'd like anybody in uniform!

MAC Mehr Lipstick- Story, Swatches, FOTD & Comparison With MAC Cosmo

What's common between really pretty limited edition MAC Lipsticks and best friends? They always come around! MAC Mehr had first come out with the Mickey Contractor Collection in Dec 2010/ Jan 2011 and I went to buy it, but came home with MAC Cosmo instead. That was my first MAC lipstick and while I did happily choose Cosmo over it (my main point to self was that it's LE and with my commitment issues, I couldn't bear the thought of me falling for something LE!) I couldn't get Mehr out of my mind!
